I remember the first time I booked a meeting for Zen - It was the end of the day for me (I was a couple of hours ahead), and I got honestly nervous because it was my first in that role, my first over the phone, and my first with a company of that size.

My role was to support Zen with my technical expertise on enterprise calls but I often found myself learning from her.
