Hello! My name is Zen Lenon, and I am a seasoned sales professional with over 15 years of experience in the SaaS industry. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with some of the biggest corporations, including Toyota, HBO, RBI, and MatchGroup, among others. I am excited to use my background in the real estate industry to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.

My journey began at Yelp.com, where I quickly rose to become the #1 AE out of 900 worldwide local sales reps from June 2008 to 2012. During this time, I received the prestigious President's Club award for four years straight and the Yelp Core Values Award for Most Tenacious in 2009. After Yelp, I founded ClosedWon Inc. and served as the CEO, leading a team of eight and supporting clients individually. With a pre-seed of $100k from Jason Calacanis' LAUNCH Accelerator, I grew the company to $20k in monthly recurring revenue.

In addition to my experience at Yelp and ClosedWon Inc., I have also held successful roles at other software companies, including PandaDoc.com, where I negotiated hundreds of contracts with zero chargebacks due to high client satisfaction. My most recent role as an Enterprise AE at Lokalise.com was incredibly successful, where I negotiated over $1M in contracts in 2021 and achieved 139% attainment. I negotiated 337 contracts with a 100% completion rate, simplifying the often-complex enterprise sales cycle.
